Alongside our open courses, we provide personalised coaching programmes & services for leaders & top teams.

A typical one-to-one programme involves an online diagnostic supported by a series of up to five coaching sessions, including:

Team based Coaching is aimed at small teams tasked with delivering transformative change. Programmes combine personalised support with facilitated team development.

Our Coaches embody our ethos of Teach & Do. They are selected for their first hand experiences across industry sectors and their abilities as expert coaches.

Pairing innovators with coaches is led by our founder, David Kester and our Design Director, Goldie Chaudhuri.
