Craig has a masters in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a background in Industrial and Transport Design. He is ‘player-manager’, both guiding and working alongside teams to deliver a mix of client projects in sectors as diverse as luxury goods, healthcare, sports retail and train travel.

His qualifications, breadth of experience and mentoring of junior serviced designers within our consultancy business make him an ideal coach for Design Thinkers Academy London, where he mostly delivers systems thinking and service blueprinting courses.
