Mel is a freelance contributor to Design Thinkers Academy London & is currently Research Director of Jigsaw Research. She has 25+ years’ experience running research projects to make sure customers’ voices are heard.

She is a Cambridge mathematician with a love of both qualitative and quantitative research, who enjoys working on the development and testing of new products and services, particularly within creatively-driven organisations such as DK&A, the UK Design Council & the BBC.
