Ellen has wide-ranging experience working as a design researcher on strategic and speculative R&D briefs with themes from wayfinding to education, EDI and wellbeing. She is expert in systems thinking and co-design, working with people impacted by design problems, using research to provide insight and help overcome ambiguity, conceiving and test meaningful solutions with end-users.
Ellen holds an MA in Information Experience Design from the Royal College of Art and is equally versatile working across the analogue and digital realms.
