Richard is creative digital leader with 20 years’ experience leading cross-functional, international design & user experience teams for blue-chip companies, agencies & startups, including 9 years at Direct LineGroup.

He is currently a member of the advisory board guiding Exeter University’s digital transformation strategy, where he developed the operating model blueprint for the experience design function and acts as a mentor and advisor. Richard attended our our Design Thinking Facilitation course and wrote about his experience for our blog.
