Zia brings 15+ years as a global trainer-facilitator, specialised in using the power of storytelling and theatre to ignite policy change in EDI and organisational design. He has worked as a communications strategist and conflict mediator worldwide, including countries such as Argentina, Jordan and Afghanistan.

Zia’s lifelong passion for inclusion reaches into his work in theatre and writing. He is currently building up a fledgling theatre company, which re-dramatises myth and histories to reveal the often unheard and forgotten voices of the excluded.
